It was truly amazing to witness the high level of participation at our venues. Every visit, every shared story, and every curious glance made this experience uniquely special. Thank you to all the visitors and the Open House team for making this event unforgettable.

The Open House Lisboa returns on the weekend of 11 and 12 May, 2024 with a programme of guided tours and urban walks designed by a sociologist and an architect. With no-prior booking, the programme offers free guided tours and city walks alongside those who study, design and build Lisbon. We are pleased to have 2 projects (Avenidas Novas Loft and Caramão House) that are part of the itinerary.

Alma Gardens, the new residential project in Lisbon, is part of a new urban centre in Miraflores. This project was developed by João Tiago Aguiar, arquitectos and Quadrante Arquitetura, with a focus on the well-being of the future owners, with Quadrante also responsible for all engineering in a Total Design approach. Under construction, the first project of Criterion Portugal, a new international developer in the Portuguese market, is already a success with 95% of the houses sold.
